Establish online sales channels and generate sales
APPROACH:
• Online marketplace shop (Shopee, Lazada) set-up and content optimization
• Media purchase across key platforms(both onsite and offsite) including; Facebook / Instagram CPAS, Google shopping, twitter, and marketplace ads optimization
• Customer team training and conducting strategic planning workshop for online strategy development
RESULTS:
• Improvement in brand awareness through online channels with increased number of store discovery on Shopee
• Successful in generating sales within the second campaign with ROAS over 2.07
• Generated sales of THB 450K during campaign period (~1 week)
HiruScar (Malaysia)
OBJECTIVE:
Up sale online channels through double digit campaign
APPROACH:
• Online marketplace shop (Shopee, Lazada) set-up and content optimization
• Media purchase across key platforms(both onsite and offsite) including; Facebook / Instagram CPAS, Google shopping, twitter, and marketplace ads optimization

•Up sales from MYR 190K to 409K during campaign period (~1 week)

OBJECTIVE:
Increase sales on e-commerce channels during high competitive period (12.12)
APPROACH:
• Target potential group from Facebook and run CPAS campaign leading to marketplace.
• Retarget people who has engaged with the page or view the product to drive their decision making during the critical period.
RESULTS:
• 220% ROAS increased in average monthly sale.
• %CTR increased from 0.87% to 2.54%
• Massive amount of add to cart number, this could be utilized for further campaign in the long-run.
